When we receive an order, it is hand-packed, but sometimes it doesn't ship until the next business day. Since every Crystal product is unique, we try to provide the most complete photo collection for each product. Given that crystals are natural and come from the earth, they each have their own unique stripes and patterns that make them unique. Keep this in mind when buying crystals!
